Common questions.

Do we need to replace our current software?

No. Most of our AI work connects to the systems you already use. We only suggest replacing something when keeping it would cost you more than changing it, and we'll show you why.

Our system is old and has no API. Can you still connect AI to it?

Usually, yes. We can work through its database, its exports or a small connector we build. We check this during discovery, before you pay for a pilot.

Who owns the work?

You do. Once each stage is paid for, the code, designs, documentation and data belong to your business.

How do you handle our data?

We only access the data a project needs, and we follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the GDPR where it applies. We're happy to sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before we start.

How much does it cost?

The first call is free. Discovery and the pilot each have a fixed price that we agree with you before work starts, so there are no open-ended bills. Ongoing support is a monthly fee.

Do you work with clients in other countries?

Yes. We work remotely with clients anywhere, and our working hours overlap fully with the UK and Europe.
