Delete your My Healing Cycles data
My Healing Cycles does not use accounts, and everything you record is stored only on your phone. That means you're in full control and can delete it yourself at any time. We hold no copy of your entries on any server.
Option 1. Delete from inside the app
- Open My Healing Cycles.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete all my data and confirm.
All your entries, notes and reminder settings are removed from your phone straight away.
Option 2. Clear the app's storage
- Open your phone's Settings.
- Tap Apps and find My Healing Cycles.
- Tap Storage, then Clear data (sometimes called Clear storage).
Option 3. Uninstall the app
Uninstalling My Healing Cycles removes the app and all the data stored with it on your phone.
Device backups
If you use Android device backup, a copy of the app's data may exist in your Google account backup. You can manage or delete backups in your phone's settings under Google, then Backup.
Support emails
If you've ever emailed us, you can ask us to delete those messages and your email address. Write to myhealingcycles@outlook.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What data is deleted
- Period dates, symptoms, mood entries and notes
- Reminder settings
- Any support emails you ask us to delete
We don't keep any of this after deletion.
